How can I modify my reservation?

We understand that life happens, and we're happy to work with you. To modify dates or other details about your reservation, please contact our Guest Experience Team by text or WhatsApp at (650) 451-3444 or by emailing inquiries@kasa.com. If you booked your reservation through a 3rd-party booking platform (including Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia), please contact the booking platform to make any adjustments. Please note that standard cancellation policies will apply to modifications. We cannot guarantee refunds for modifications, and cannot guarantee availability for other dates or properties.


For extension requests, you can simply log into your Virtual Front Desk and click "Request an Extension" for your new dates (pending availability). Select a new date of checkout, confirm your payment information, and you'll be all set to continue your stay!
