How do I report an emergency issue in my Kasa?
If you experience a maintenance emergency in your Kasa apartment — such as problems with the heat or AC, a water leak, flooding, loss of power, pest concerns, or being locked out — please contact Kasa immediately. Please reach out to our 24/7 Guest Experience Team by emailing reservations@kasa.com, or text or call us at 650-451-3444. For life-threatening emergency issues, please contact 911 as soon as possible.
