What is the minimum age requirement?

The registered guest must be 21 years of age or older when booking directly with Kasa. Proof of identity and age is required for check-in. Guests must be 21 or older in order to book a stay at Kasa.com per our Guest Accommodation Agreement, with some exceptions as noted below.

If you are booking through a third party booking channel, such as Airbnb, please note that age requirements may vary by platform. Please understand that you may be able to confirm a reservation, but it will not be verified if you are booking under the age of 21.

For the select properties, we can verify bookings for ages 18+: Kasa The Addison San Francisco, Kasa Palo Alto, The Niche by Kasa, The Maverick by Kasa, The Castro Hotel, The Oxford, La Monarca Hotel, Kasa Lantern, Kasa Edison House Charlotte, El Paseo and Studio Revival/Winnwood. Please note that all bookings will be required to complete our pre-arrival checklist prior to the stay.
